In this session, she shares the importance of emotion on health and well-being. The benefits of humor physically and mentally are discussed along with exploring the connection between humor and the brain. Her energy and vibrant life experiences demonstrate the importance of integrating humor into healthcare settings, the workplace and everyday living.
