The unfortunate reality is that we will ALL grieve at some point in our lives.  It is a consequence of loving someone.  But when is our grief unhealthy?  What do we do to navigate through it?  And when is it too soon to laugh?  This presentation will explore styles of grief, tasks of grief work, and the therapeutic utility of humor and laughter in our grief.
