Erin and Kyle will teach the audience about the human stress response while utilizing humor to help understand what happens to people when they are in distress.  With this understanding, they will then teach the importance of developing and implementing personalized skills that can help calm the human body using non-traditional, creative approaches.  They will promote the ability to teach others these skills and ultimately help people freak out a lot less in their daily lives.
