All too many relate to the phrase "ever-stressed".  So, let's look at ways to take stress down a few notches as participants build their own "escape plans" from tried and true evidence-based techniques.  We'll cover tools we can use before, during and after those times when we face our stressors, as well as potential ways we can avoid stressors all together (or perhaps adjust them).  Techniques covered will draw from humor and positive psychology wherever possible.
