For over 20 years Linda has been teaching people how to practice safe stress using humor. Here at AATH, Linda was in the first graduating class of the Humor Academy and also served as a Mentor for the first Level 1 Group. For the last few years, most of her time has been devoted to helping our returning Military Heroes how to use humor to manage stress and anger.
