Patrick Harris is a skilled mental health professional residing in Austin, TX holding a BA in Psychology, MA in Counseling, and currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine.  Currently, Patrick provides intensive mental health services for the child and family services unit for the Travis County mental health authority, regularly trains community members in trauma informed care and mental health first aid, and provides counseling services to adults in private practice.  Patrick not only has a specialty in trauma but is also a survivor of a mass shooting and subsequent PTSD resulting from the event.  Patrick brings passion to his commitment to educating his community on the perils of trauma to help those suffering find peace and join the unending fight against mental health stigma.
